• Rutilated quartz crystal point drop, silver-wrapped and suspended from the medallion base by two short jump-ring chains — with additional bezel-set lapis and coral cabochons on the crystal mount
• Bail connector set with a round turquoise cabochon; downward-pointing red inlay triangle links bail to main medallion via jump rings
• Back plate is flat-pressed Sterling Silver sheet with visible hand-fabrication marks and an open chevron cutout — consistent with late 20th-century artisan studio construction
