Every piece is packed by hand and posted from British Columbia, Canada.

We ship to Canada and the United States. Orders leave within 2–3 business days. Tracking follows the moment yours does.

WHAT IT COSTS
Canada — $14.90 CAD standard, $21.90 express. Free over $100.
United States — from $7.90 CAD. Most jewelry is light enough to sit in that first tier. Free over $100.

CROSSING THE BORDER
US orders ship from Canada. Any import charges are set by US customs, not by us. We can't predict them or prepay them.

ONCE IT'S POSTED
We don't control the mail. If a parcel goes quiet we'll chase it with you. We won't leave you alone with it. But delays after dispatch aren't ours to promise away.
